Minutes of ADAT Meetings
The ADAT holds four main meetings per year which are attended by representatives from across the partnership organisations. As of November 2003, most meetings will include apolicy debate, for example the development of Lanarkshire's methadone programme. Different stakeholders, including service providers and users, are invited to present key issues alongside national and local research input. Following a full discussion, members have the opportunity in the next three months to discuss the issues in their organisation before any policy decision is taken.
As well as the policy debate the ADAT considers a series of reports presented by the sub-groups.
