Joy is Head of STRADA and was a member of both the Hidden Harm and the Getting Our Priorities Right working groups. Joy was also contracted by Lanarkshire to develop the protocols.

Introduced by Susan Devlin, Manager of Children & Families and Justice, North Lanarkshire Council and Chair of Getting Our Priorities Right Working Group. Susan will introduce the document as a prelude to the signing by the Chairs of the ADAT and the Child Protection Committees from North & South Lanarkshire. Susan will outline the implementation plan for the protocols.
